Welcome to Block Line Medical Clinic
Block Line Medical Clinic is a busy place with 5 Family Physicians. Established in 1982, we started out with two Doctors at Forest Glen Plaza on Strasburg Road in Kitchener. Over the years we outgrew our space, hence our move to Block Line Road in 2015.
We are the medical home for over 9000 patients. We aim to provide quality, patient orientated health care from birth through all stages of life. We help navigate the wider healthcare system with referrals for investigations, consultations and treatments.
We are not a walk in clinic. Patients are seen by appointment only, and we will always try to accommodate urgent problems the same day. After hours coverage for all our rostered patients on evenings and weekends.

NOTE: Effective June 1, 2023 there will be a $20 charge for all prescription refill requests as this is not an OHIP covered service. You can avoid this charge by booking in with your physician before you run out of medication (we will not be able to accommodate urgent appointments for this reason so please plan ahead). Alternatively, you can ask for an extension from your pharmacist.
