 We are implementing online booking for Non urgent matters.

 

You can still call or email to book an appointment.

If your problem requires a PHYSICAL EXAM (eg. skin, musculoskeletal, gastrointestinal, cough/cold, etc) please Do NOT Book A PHONE VISIT

This eservice is designed for booking straight forward appointment requests only. Please ensure you include your full name, date of birth and a phone number to contact you back.


If you have an urgent request/concern, please contact office by telephone or put URGENT in your subject line when sending a secure message to our office. We aim to answer booking emails within 48 hours.

Please make sure you have done the consent form (E-mail consent). On our home page, be sure to click the using email to connect and go through the consent process. Please note we do not respond to consent request.
